This premium Shochu is made from just selected high quality barley only. And this is aged for more than 5 years after finishing the process of low temperature fermentation and atmospheric distillation. Thanks to that, we can enjoy the original flavor and aroma of Barley with a well-balanced finish.
Alcohol: 25% / Made from Oita Barley, Shiro (White) Koji Yeast
