Clear, pale, lemon-green color. Intense complexity of pineapple, green apple, tropical fruits, pear, aniseed, melon, lychee, bubblegum, lily, apricot, white flowers, hints of orange, cinnamon, nutmeg and steamed rice on the nose. Slightly rich and dry, balanced acidity and umami, full-bodied, syrup-like texture. Best served Chilled or room temperature (5～20℃). Pairs well with carpaccio, green salad, vegetables sauté, grilled scallops, roast beef, fried tofu, dashi and blue cheese.
This highly complex sake's flavor evolves with time making it unique and sets it apart from other sakes. This is attributed to the blending of two high quality yeasts which remains to be the secret of Urakasumi.
