This Junmai Daiginjo has soft and subtle character aromas and flavor. It expresses a creamy and smooth texture on the palate. This is due mainly to its well-polished Yamadanishiki rice variety and infusion of small quantities of hard water to give this sake a firm backbone and focused flavors. Goes well with grilled fish, sauteed vegetables and spicy tuna.
