This premium Junmai Ginjo is brewed without the use of any machinery, it is a hand-crafted sake. It is made using Yamadanishiki rice polished down to 50% and spring water from the mountains. This sake is characterized by gentle "Ginjo" aroma of Kumamoto Yeast (K9). It has well-balanced "umami" flavor.
