Aged sake that has aged beautifully with snow and sleep, Utilizing the power of nature in Uonuma, one of Japan's heaviest snowfall areas, this sake is aged for 8 years in a low-temperature storage room "Yukimuro" that stores 1,000 tons of snow. By aging at a low temperature of around 3 degrees Celsius for a long period of time, we were able to create a high-quality aged sake with a smooth and elegant flavor while retaining a light taste. It is a sake that symbolizes eight years of Hakkaisan, and contains eight eight, ha ha ha ha... and auspicious laughter.
